Gift vouchers may be used as payment towards a commissioned artwork (pet portrait or otherwise). Vouchers are available in different values, each of which can be topped up as necessary when redeemed, depending on the size and medium of portrait chosen.

Choose to receive your gift voucher by post or by email
Post - vouchers will be sent to the address of the purchaser (free postage to mainland UK addresses).

Email - E-vouchers will usually be sent the same day, to the email address you provide (please enter the email address accurately).

You will receive:
- Gift Voucher
- Information about the artist and commissions
- Instructions for registering and redeeming the voucher
- Optional presentation box (£2)

After purchase
Recipients should register their voucher as soon as possible after receipt. Instructions for registering online will be included in the information pack.

Gift vouchers do not have a specific expiry date, although it is recommended that they are used within 18 months of purchase.

Once a voucher is registered, the recipient will receive a reminder to register/redeem the voucher 12 months after registration.

Important Information:

  • Gift Vouchers are not transferable and have no cash value.
  • Vouchers may only be redeemed in exchange for or in part payment towards an artwork by Kate Ferguson, trading as 'Kate Ferguson Art'.
  • Only vouchers with a valid voucher number may be redeemed, therefore it is advisable for recipients to register their voucher and for purchasers to retain proof of purchase.
